Cleanliness was impeccable, hotel facilities were top-notch, and staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless, and the common areas were always tidy. The hotel offered convenient parking, and transportation options were easily accessible. The location was perfect, with plenty of attractions nearby. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.
Nothing all good.

It was a nice place and good for the value of money i paid . Nice and freindly staff . I had a nice room with pool view .
Location is bad , even though there are 4-5 times a day where there is a shuttle bus that takes you wherever you want .

It's literally short way from cicada market. Hua Hin Night Market district won't disappoint you. The hotel was adjacent to Hua Hin train station. We liked staying at hua hin hillside resort...

The staff were eager to please and many of them could speak good English- which is not the norm for most of Thailand!

The pool (though it could be cleaner). The room was fairly comfy. Most staff were nice and helpful.
They need to maintain the resort better. It's only a few years old, but they needed to clean the air con as it was dripping water. Problems with the sinks in the room. There isn't a seperate shower area, so the water floods the bathroom. I saw them cleaning 3 other air cons the next day, apparently with the same problem. The swimming pool should be cleaner. The rooms don't have hot water for beverages (no cofee or tea), and we had to ask several times for hot water.

We were pleased with the convenient location of the hotel, as it was only a short drive away from the town center. Despite the busy road, the hotel street was easily accessible. the superior room we stayed in may not have matched the photos online, but it was clean and comfortable. the two pools at the hotel offered a variety of options for relaxation, with one pool being particularly well-maintained.
The receptionist was unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate our room change request.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is not in the center, so it was quite around there and with the good shuttle-service it was very easy to get to the beaches and the city.
There were some ants in the bathroom (groundfloor) and on the breakfast-buffet (in the sugar, by the fruiits). But instead of this it was very clean.

Two pools were offered, one of them was clean, which was good. the other one was dirty and empty. the hotel was located close to the town which was convenient. There were a few modern amenities which was nice, but the best part was the comfortable bed.
The room was underwhelming and not a good value for the money. the location was difficult to access, since it was located on a busy road.

The pool facilities were decent as there were two pools available, one of them was kept clean while the other was a bit dirty. , the hotel had a relatively convenient location, just 3-4 minutes’ drive from downtown which made it easy to access. the staff was quite friendly and approachable.
The room I was allocated was not what I had expected. I had previously requested a "superior room" on their website, but it was completely different from the photos displayed.
